Project Manager - Brand & Marketing

About the Role

Join a fast-growing organization as a Project Manager focused on delivering high-impact brand and marketing projects. In this remote-first role based in Spain, you will act as the central engine of success, transforming creative ideas into structured, actionable plans while ensuring seamless execution across multiple departments.

Main Missions

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of brand and marketing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Copywriting, IT, UI/UX, and Content creators.
• Develop detailed task definitions, workflows, and implementation plans to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Guarantee brand consistency and message integrity across all communication channels.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimize internal workflows and inter-departmental collaboration processes.

Profile Required

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in project management or a marketing-focused role.
• Fluent in both English and Lithuanian (mandatory).
• Proactive organizer with a strong sense of accountability and a drive for professional growth.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, or similar.
• Deep understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex workflows and process optimization.
