Rental & Used Equipment Manager (Madrid)

About the role

Crown Lift Trucks is looking for a dynamic Rental & Used Equipment Manager to lead the rental, used‑rental and used‑equipment business across its Spanish branches. You will be responsible for the financial performance, day‑to‑day operations and inventory management of the department, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Review all rental and used‑equipment service orders before invoicing and ensure quality and timeliness of shop work.
• Manage buying, selling and transferring of equipment across branches and with international rental managers to optimise utilisation.
• Oversee inventory, maintenance, depreciation, scheduling, delivery and pickup of rental assets.
• Track financial performance, identify variances, control repair costs and implement corrective actions to meet corporate KPIs.
• Participate in sales meetings, develop account strategies and set or approve rental pricing.
• Provide the sales force with detailed equipment information and coordinate equipment demonstrations.
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers and support the sales team on service‑related calls.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing inventory, financial performance and cross‑functional teams.
