About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, handle exchanges, and manage special orders.
• Maintain visual standards, restock merchandise, and conduct inventory checks.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, following up on purchases and fostering loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail, preferably with a focus on shoes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly within a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
