Sales Executive – French Speaking

About the role

As a Sales Executive for the French market at Perk, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape the company’s market presence and deliver a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage new business opportunities within target markets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor sales presentations to each prospect.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Provide market feedback to inform go‑to‑market strategy and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and KPIs.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• Proven B2B sales track record, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
