Senior Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to lead creative storytelling for global beauty brands in a fast‑moving, creator‑driven market. You will shape brand narratives across social, digital and paid media, turning cultural trends into compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and pitch social‑first campaigns and creative proposals.
• Write copy for social media, digital ads, websites, branded content and audiovisual formats such as Reels, TikTok and YouTube.
• Adapt tone of voice and messaging to each brand, audience and channel.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, video and marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain Tone‑of‑Voice (ToV) guidelines.
• Generate ideas aligned with digital culture, trends and consumer behaviour.
• Review and optimise copy for clarity, impact and consistency.
• Mentor and support junior creative team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative copywriting for agencies or digital brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, storytelling and digital content.
• Demonstrated ability to create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and paid media.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
