About the role

MARINE HVAC DESIGN & KNUD E. HANSEN is seeking a Senior HVAC Engineer to join its team in Cadiz, Spain. The role covers the full lifecycle of marine HVAC projects, from concept through installation and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

Develop HVAC concept, basic and detailed design documentation.
Prepare system specifications and perform heat‑load, noise and pressure‑drop calculations.
Create D&IDs, P&IDs and one‑line diagrams, and carry out chiller‑plant calculations.
Select appropriate equipment and provide technical solutions while liaising with customers and project stakeholders.

Required profile

BSc/MSc in Marine, Mechanical or Naval Engineering (or related field) with at least 10 years of HVAC engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of marine and offshore industry regulations and standards.
Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with HVAC design software applications.
Heat‑load, noise, pressure‑drop and chiller‑plant calculation expertise.
Ability to produce D&IDs, P&IDs and one‑line diagrams.
