About the role

As Senior Manager of the Digital Practice for EMEA, you will shape and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for digital transformation services across multiple regions and industries. You will work closely with regional leaders, product owners, and client teams to position, sell, and deliver innovative digital solutions that create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for digital consulting offerings across EMEA.
• Identify market opportunities, customer drivers, and transformation needs, translating them into scalable solutions.
• Develop technology partnerships to strengthen the digital ecosystem.
• Support product strategy, including positioning, pricing, and target audience definition.
• Drive consultative, value‑based digital selling across sales teams.
• Act as senior subject‑matter expert, providing technical and strategic guidance on engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional consulting teams to enhance digital capabilities.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to influence digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine the value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing to shape communications and campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital consulting or transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of defining and executing go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior client and internal leaders.
• Experience leading and developing cross‑regional consulting teams.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and innovation ecosystems.
