SEO Content Manager - LATAM

About the role

North Star Network is a global sports and betting media group that operates digital brands in more than 30 countries. We are seeking an SEO Content Manager for our LATAM portfolio to own the content that drives organic traffic and revenue across markets such as Panama, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO content roadmap for each LATAM market, identifying keyword gaps and prioritising clusters based on search demand and commercial value.
• Conduct end-to-end keyword research, analysing volume, difficulty, SERP intent, competitor coverage and internal linking opportunities.
• Translate research into detailed briefs that include target keywords, search intent, mandatory sections, word count, internal links and E‑E‑A‑T requirements.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, rank‑tracking tools and analytics; launch content‑update programmes to refresh, expand or prune pages.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as titles, headings, copy and internal links to improve click‑through rates and conversions.
• Perform final editorial checks to ensure factual accuracy, brand consistency and compliance with SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing SEO‑driven content across multiple geographic markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on performance insights.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage content pipelines and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for LATAM markets.
