SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to join our Madrid agency’s SEO department. The role involves planning, executing and analysing large‑scale SEO projects for national and international brands, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise SEO campaigns for major clients across multiple markets.
• Conduct technical audits, on‑page optimisation and keyword research.
• Coordinate international SEO initiatives, including localisation and GEO targeting.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with content, development and paid‑search teams to align strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven client‑management skills, including planning, communication and presentation.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and local SEO techniques.
• Experience with international SEO and multi‑country projects.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven recommendations.

Required skills

• SEMrush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs.
• Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio.
• CMS experience: Drupal, WordPress, Magento, Shopify.
• Knowledge of link‑building, outreach and PR actions.
