Simulation Engineer – QA & Performance Testing (MedTech)

About the role

Faszination GmbH is looking for a Simulation Engineer specialized in quality assurance and performance testing to support its cutting‑edge medical devices. Based in Barcelona, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with R&D and engineering teams to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement simulation models that evaluate product performance and reliability.
• Conduct comprehensive performance and QA testing for new and existing medical devices.
• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to identify, analyse, and resolve performance issues.
• Generate detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the MedTech sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in simulation engineering and performance testing, preferably within MedTech.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
