Tax Professional - Corporate Tax & Compliance Specialist

About the Role

Join a dynamic and growing team within the CFO organization at Siemens Energy. As a Tax Professional, you will play a pivotal role in our central tax function, acting as a key point of contact for assigned jurisdictions and ensuring full compliance while supporting our strategic financial objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tax compliance processes (direct and indirect) for assigned countries, from data collection to tax return preparation.
• Execute quarterly and year-end tax closings, including the calculation of current and deferred tax provisions.
• Act as the primary contact for tax inquiries, providing proactive advice to management and internal partners on various transactions and initiatives.
• Oversee tax audits and maintain strong relationships with external consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of local transfer pricing documentation.
• Drive process improvement projects and support the internalization of tax processes.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in corporate taxation, ideally within a multinational or large-scale industrial environment.
• Strong ability to manage complex compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to provide strategic tax advice to business partners.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with international teams and external stakeholders.
• Analytical rigor and attention to detail in financial reporting and tax provisioning.
