Travel Advisor Intern – Italian Market

About the role

We’re looking for a Travel Advisor Intern to join our crew in Barcelona. You will focus on the Italian market, managing Italian‑speaking clients interested in boat rentals and collaborating with Supply and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on their boat search.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners to secure optimal deals.
• Work with warm leads already in your pipeline – no cold calling.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion and guide customers through the booking process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty for repeat business.
• Work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Italian and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles is preferred.
• Team player, proactive, and driven by customer satisfaction.
