About the role
Glovo is seeking a proactive Account Manager to lead its restaurant partner portfolio in the South Region, based in Sevilla. You will act as the primary liaison for top‑tier restaurant partners, driving growth, promotions, and operational excellence across multiple cities.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of top restaurant partners and several cities, defining long‑term growth, promotion, advertising, and operational strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive communication.
- Monitor and report on portfolio KPIs, taking corrective actions to meet company OKRs.
- Design and execute plans that boost partner performance via promo negotiations, marketing activations, and menu optimization.
- Increase Glovo visibility using marketing kits and merchandising tools.
- Negotiate commissions, sell assets, and address churned or inactive partners.
- Enhance partner operational efficiency to ensure superior customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, or leading tech companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Public Relations or related field is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong commercial mindset, persuasive communication, and customer‑obsessed attitude.
- Excellent project‑management and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Docs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
