About the role
Glovo is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its Partners team in Sevilla. You will be responsible for driving partner engagement, increasing order volume and revenue across the South Region of Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular meetings and business reviews.
- Lead a small team of two, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting their professional development.
- Define and execute monetisation strategies, including promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
- Negotiate commissions, secure preferred partnerships and improve partner visibility on the platform.
- Monitor KPIs, produce performance reports and take corrective actions to meet company OKRs.
- Identify and reactivate churned or inactive partners, improving operational efficiency and customer service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments such as startups, consulting or tech companies.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams of 4 + people and managing stakeholders.
- Native Spanish speaker; strong English communication is a plus.
- Commercial mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Docs.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
