AI & Automation Champion Intern - Talent Development

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an AI & Automation Champion intern to join its Talent Development team and take part in the digital transformation of its people team. The intern builds real products with Claude, Make and Gemini Enterprise, designing automated processes that free up the team to focus on what matters most.

Key responsibilities

• Automation of Leadership Programs: replace manual workflows with automated solutions, build dashboards and AI-powered tools with Claude that generate program materials, track attendance and report results.
• Talent Development and mobility: build an automated internal mobility bulletin, tools to segment roles, talent levels and growth opportunities, dashboards for talent insights and attrition analytics, and explore Gemini Enterprise for talent recommendations and matching.
• Internal communications: automate newsletters, announcements and personalised updates from live data, create chatbots or Q&A systems for HR and talent questions, and streamline feedback collection and analysis.
• Own automation projects from scoping to launch, challenge existing ways of working and propose smarter solutions.

Required profile

• Passion for automation and process improvement, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with data and no-code/low-code tools, able to manage several projects and stakeholders at once.
• Eagerness to learn new AI tools and technologies.
• Fluency in English.
• A plus: programming skills such as Python (Pandas), Google Apps Script and SQL, API knowledge, experience with automation platforms like Claude, Make or Zapier, and interest in talent, HR or people topics.
