Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences business and IT consultancy, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Barcelona team. The role supports the growth of digital transformation projects in the life sciences sector by sourcing, evaluating and staffing technical consultants, acting as a key delivery support function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles in digital transformation projects
• Work with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and talent needs
• Match consultants (internal or external) to project roles by skillset, experience and availability
• Contribute to RFIs and RFPs by identifying and detailing available resources
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals
• Screen candidates, coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads
• Maintain the ATS and resource pool records
• Support offer preparation, contract coordination and onboarding communication
• Track recruitment metrics and report regularly to stakeholders
• Represent the company at networking events and recruitment initiatives

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in consulting or project-based environments
• Experience sourcing technical consultants for IT, data or digital roles, including SAP consultants
• Familiarity with staffing processes in professional services or delivery-based organisations
• Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus
• Understanding of the Spanish and/or EU contracting and employment market

Required skills

• Sourcing tools and ATS such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters and Greenhouse
• Excellent communication and coordination across global teams
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
