Associate People Business Partner – French Speaking (Barcelona)

About the role

The Associate People Business Partner will support Nutanix’s HR function in Barcelona, focusing on French‑speaking employees and managers across the Southern Europe region. The role blends HR advisory, data‑driven reporting and employee‑relations responsibilities to help drive engagement and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist People Business Partners in delivering People programs across the Southern region.
• Partner with first‑line managers to train, develop and retain key talent, improving engagement and resolving people issues.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal teams to manage employee‑relations cases from start to finish.
• Prepare information and consultations for Works Councils in France, Spain and Germany.
• Produce quarterly HR reports and slide decks for All‑Hand meetings, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
• Ensure accurate employee data, transactions and documentation in partnership with the Global People Services team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to France.

Required skills

• Solid HR knowledge covering talent development, employee relations and HR reporting.
• Data‑analysis capability to interpret HR metrics and produce actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
