Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our fast‑growing data‑centre development business in Madrid. You will act as the primary HR contact for an office of around 40 employees, supporting the company’s rapid expansion and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support and serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Draft and issue offer letters, manage onboarding processes, and maintain employee records.
• Administer general HR functions such as contracts, benefits, and compliance for a rapidly scaling business.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Proven experience managing HR activities for small‑to‑medium sized teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work on‑site five days a week in Madrid.
