Backship Support Agent (French-speaking) – On-site

About the role

We are looking for a French-speaking Backship Support Agent to join our Barcelona team on-site. In this role you will manage the end-to-end returns process, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, carriers and our warehouse while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer return requests, generate shipping labels and arrange pickup.
• Inspect inbound returned items, track them through the warehouse and document their condition.
• Sort returns for refurbishment, repair or recycling and update inventory records.
• Communicate status updates to customers and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with carriers and partners, troubleshoot shipment issues and audit performance.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and advanced English.
• Previous experience in a similar returns or logistics support role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy and adaptability.
• Proven ability in advanced customer service, conflict resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and SLA optimization.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and parcel tracking tools.
• Technical proficiency with operating systems such as iOS, Android and Windows.
