Brand Experience Trainee – Madrid

About the role

Join Minor Hotels Europe & Americas as a Brand Experience Trainee in Madrid. You will support the development and implementation of strategic experience projects across our hotel portfolio, gaining insight into the guest journey from a global perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with area and business unit teams to ensure correct implementation of ongoing experience projects.
• Lead small projects related to hotel experience, brand image, and new services.
• Support the creation of new product and service standards for F&B, music, fragrance, amenities, etc.
• Assist Experience and Innovation initiatives through benchmarking, presentations, and graphic documentation.
• Track customer satisfaction, conduct consumer insights analysis, and prepare monthly competition and trend reports.
• Prepare quarterly project reports and review digital signage content, proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Hospitality experience, especially in customer‑facing roles such as Front Desk, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience.
• A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related fields; specialization in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
