Join a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the packaging industry! Our mission is to become Europe's leading platform for sustainable and customized packaging tailored for the takeaway food sector. As a key player in our expansion, you will play a fundamental role in building our market presence from the ground up.
Missions principales
- Drive business growth by acquiring new B2B clients (restaurants, hotels, and retail businesses) via phone, email, and social media.
- Identify and generate high-quality leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to penetrate new market segments.
- Collaborate closely with the Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Profil recherché
- Native German speaker (essential for our target market).
- Currently residing in the Canary Islands (preference for Gran Canaria).
- Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within the food service, packaging, or FMCG industries) or a highly motivated career changer.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural talent for prospecting, negotiation, and client follow-up.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work autonomously in a startup environment.
Competences requises
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong sales prospecting and closing techniques.
- Passion for branding and the food industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
