About the role
Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Southern Europe. This remote position will focus on the Bilbao region, combining proactive field sales with a consultative approach to expand Fresha’s presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and engage beauty and wellness businesses in the assigned territory.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email and social channels, and arrange in‑person meetings when appropriate.
- Present product demos and promote Fresha’s suite of solutions to prospective partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close, consistently achieving sales targets.
- Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team and the General Manager of Southern Europe.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the beauty, wellness or SaaS sectors.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and works autonomously.
- Strong consultative selling mindset and a results‑driven attitude.
- Ability to meet and exceed defined KPIs.
