About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate its growth across Southern Europe. Working remotely, you will own a high‑growth territory, prospect new beauty and wellness businesses, and build strong local relationships to expand Fresha’s AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
Present, demo and sell Fresha’s products and services to prospective partners.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
Collaborate with the Commercial team and strategic partners to drive commercial success.

Required profile

Proven success in B2B sales or business development.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Enjoys autonomous work and embraces challenges.
Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Motivated to make a tangible impact on a global technology platform.
