Business Manager – On Trade Field Account

About the role
The Business Manager will act as the Field Account for the On‑Trade channel in the assigned region of La Coruña. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic relationships with key customers, and shaping Bacardi’s portfolio presence in the Spanish on‑trade market.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the commercial plan and deliver customer programs defined in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On‑Trade accounts.
- Negotiate at the point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
- Utilise the “Picture of Success” methodology to activate brands and influence consumer purchase decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximise Bacardi’s performance at On‑Trade locations.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, to visit clients and monitor activation initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven track record in commercial or field sales roles, preferably within the On‑Trade, events or promotions sector.
- Strong ability to organise work independently and deliver results.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and listening skills.
- Team‑player mindset with a focus on achieving collective goals.
