French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Barcelona team. You will be responsible for building new customer relationships across the French market, prospecting SMEs and mid‑market companies, and promoting our fleet management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and social selling.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using LinkedIn, Google Alerts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Log all activities and data accurately in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and events.
• Engage with leads through creative follow‑up communications to increase interest in Webfleet solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience where prospecting was a core activity.
• Strong phone and email communication skills in French and good English.
• Autonomous, tenacious, persuasive and comfortable handling objections.
• Team player with a competitive mindset and a desire to exceed performance goals.
