Customer Finance Manager

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer in robotic-assisted surgery, is looking for a Customer Finance Manager in Madrid. The role works closely with the capital sales force to provide customer finance solutions, consultation and coaching on selling financially, and to build the internal business case for da Vinci system placements. It is a customer-centric, entrepreneurial position that balances technical and soft financial selling skills while growing a team-based asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as consultant to the capital sales organization, developing a strategic plan for customers and accelerating da Vinci system adoption through flexible financial offerings.
• Be the main contact for customer-facing financial solutions such as FMV leasing, the Accelerated MIS Program, short- and long-term rentals, deferred payment leases and customized finance programs.
• Lead customer meetings with financial decision-makers in hospital leadership and attend business alignment meetings to review program progress and expand system access.
• Manage a market portfolio and support cross-functional management of the asset pool.
• Deliver customer finance training for the commercial team and coach the leadership team on financial programs and processes.
• Support customer finance presentations for market development events and executive sessions, and work with internal corporate finance roles to deploy scalable processes.
• Act as an agent of change in building the commercial finance business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven success in a mid-sized international fast-growing company and/or in the medical or med-tech environment.
• Ability to support and prioritize multiple transactions concurrently, and to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Approximately 25% of the time spent traveling.
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in another European language is a strong asset.
