Delegado de Ventas en Pediatría y Farmacia – Ciudad Real

About the role

Recordati is seeking a Sales Delegate to promote and sell its pediatric, general medicine and pharmacy‑office product portfolio in the Ciudad Real region. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed commercial objectives within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain business plans for the region.
• Effectively manage accounts, ensuring appropriate coverage and visit frequency.
• Analyze data to identify viable business opportunities and coordinate resources.
• Establish long‑term relationships with key customers, understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Comply with the ethical code and pharmaceutical industry regulations in all interactions.

Required profile

• Completed university education, preferably in health sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years experience selling to pharmacies, handling both sell‑in and sell‑out.
• Experience with mixed (pharmacy and office) visits is highly valued.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Result‑driven, analytical, organized and proactive.
