Development Lead & Sales Program Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Development Lead and Sales Program Manager in Barcelona, an onsite role based primarily in an HPE office. The position drives employee development and customer engagement: it owns the employee journey from onboarding through ongoing development, and designs and runs customer and partner engagement activities at the Tech Experience Center.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires in Barcelona, coordinating with HR, management and global onboarding teams, and maintain onboarding documentation.
• Run the RampIT Up post-onboarding development program, design learning journeys with Enablement teams and Sales Managers, and deliver enablement sessions and training.
• Measure learning effectiveness through attendance, engagement, completion and business impact metrics.
• Identify capability gaps with sales leadership and deliver enablement programs using local and global resources.
• Lead customer and partner visits from planning and logistics to on-site coordination and follow-up, with tailored agendas and content.
• Manage demos, POCs and visit reporting, either directly or by coordinating the right resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in training, learning and development, onboarding, enablement or talent development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities at once.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools and business processes.
