Digital Solution Advisor – HCM (French Speaker)

About the role

Join SAP’s Digital Hub in Barcelona as a Digital Solution Advisor focused on Human Capital Management (HCM). You will act as the French‑language spokesperson for SAP SuccessFactors, helping customers across the French market transform their HR processes through innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Present SAP HCM portfolio to C‑level executives, aligning product capabilities with customer business needs.
• Design and deliver compelling demos and sales presentations that showcase the value of SuccessFactors.
• Conduct discovery workshops and design‑thinking sessions to uncover requirements and propose AI‑enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with international sales, marketing, and product teams to generate demand and drive market growth.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of presales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in HR technology.
• Proven ability to work with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Native‑level French and advanced English (C1) communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, both in‑person and remotely.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or related HCM platforms.
