Director of EMEA Supply Chain

About the role

The Director of EMEA Supply Chain will lead all supply‑chain activities for Rovensa Next across the Europe‑Middle East‑Africa region. You will ensure a seamless flow of raw materials, production planning, and product distribution while supporting the company’s sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, material requirements, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate purchasing, logistics, labeling, and external producer activities.
• Maintain strict compliance with the S&OP process and adapt production to sales demand.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales department to align supply with customer needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Chemical Sciences; MBA or supply‑chain training is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience managing planning or supply‑chain functions in multinational companies.
• Strong negotiation, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
