About the role

Join TP’s fast‑growing digital advertising team in Barcelona as an English‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for advertisers, helping them verify documents, set up campaigns, and keep their content compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Review submitted verification documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide friendly, effective support to advertisers via phone and email.
• Ensure content compliance and answer advertiser queries.
• Assist with performance tracking and contribute to team initiatives.
• Onboard new businesses and guide them through the setup process.
• Learn and share regional verification best practices.
• Participate in varied tasks within a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• C2 level English proficiency.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Clear communication and strong organizational habits.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (a plus).
• Approximately 1.5 years experience in compliance or verification (desirable).
• General knowledge of home‑services industries such as plumbing or electrical.
