Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage high‑quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Conduct interviews that assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, negotiations, and offer management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Report regularly on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance or remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and client engagement.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to meet evolving recruitment needs.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
