About the role

Mercuryo is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its global recruitment team. You will work at the intersection of crypto, fintech and Web3, helping the company attract top‑tier talent for fast‑growing product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process across multiple regions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead searches for senior, head and director‑level positions, managing complex, high‑stakes hiring processes end‑to‑end.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, presenting market insights and influencing hiring strategy.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, networking and community engagement.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and success rates.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent through creative and strategic methods.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
