About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, is looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its Barcelona team. You will support French‑market customers throughout the boat‑rental journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French‑speaking customers' needs and guide them to the best boat options.
• Negotiate competitive prices with boat owners for warm leads already in the pipeline.
• Apply sales strategies to maximise conversion rates and accompany clients through the entire booking process.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve an annual sales target, with performance bonuses for over‑achievement.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off to ensure a two‑day weekend.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, account management or sales.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously.
• Team‑player who takes initiative and prioritises customer satisfaction.
