About the role
BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join its Barcelona store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for every customer who walks through the doors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service from greeting to final sale, handling inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain stock accuracy through counting, organization, and delivery coordination.
- Keep the stockroom tidy and ensure product availability on the shop floor.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate on window and visual displays.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in customer‑facing retail or sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
- Team‑oriented, attentive listener with a dynamic and motivated attitude.
