Join the dynamic team at INNSIDE by Meliá Barcelona Aeropuerto, where excellence meets hospitality. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Missions principales
- Manage guest reception processes, including professional check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, incoming calls, and administrative tasks with high precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, managing requests and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to ensure service excellence and operational fluidity.
- Drive revenue through proactive up-selling of hotel services and amenities.
- Promote and manage the My MeliáRewards loyalty program to enhance guest retention.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
Competences requises
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales and up-selling techniques.
- Multilingualism (English is essential, additional languages are a plus).
