About the role

Santander Insurance is seeking a Global Digital Product & Experience Manager to lead the execution of its digital insurance product roadmap and raise digital customer experience standards across all channels. Based in Spain, the role sits at the intersection of product, experience, and market coordination, ensuring global strategic priorities are consistently implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the digital insurance product roadmap across markets.
• Elevate digital customer experience standards for app, web, and assisted channels.
• Coordinate structured follow‑up of digital performance across markets.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable product and experience initiatives.
• Lead definition and evolution of end‑to‑end digital insurance experiences.
• Drive journey simplification, friction reduction, and customer‑centric design.
• Identify and remove UX barriers impacting conversion and engagement.
• Ensure cross‑channel consistency between digital and assisted environments.
• Collaborate with CRO & Experimentation Lead to embed behavioral insights.
• Establish scalable UX standards and design guidelines.
