Integration Delivery Manager BTP & Informatica

About the role

The Integration Delivery Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of all integration workstreams within a SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This is a 6‑month freelance contract, hybrid work in Barcelona, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of integration activities across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, MES, Finance, Commerce, EDI/B2G, Analytics and third‑party SaaS platforms.
• Drive integration planning, prioritisation, dependency management and execution aligned to programme milestones and go‑live dates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architects, developers, business process owners, implementation partners and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with integration governance, architecture standards, documentation requirements and delivery processes.
• Review integration specifications, interface designs, test plans and deployment readiness to guarantee quality.
• Oversee end‑to‑end integration testing, defect resolution, cut‑over planning and hyper‑care activities.
• Manage delivery performance of internal teams, offshore resources and third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing integration delivery within large‑scale SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple technical teams, vendors and stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and enterprise master data processes.
