Global Export & Agency Finance Associate

About the role

Join Santander Corporate & Investment Banking as a Global Export & Agency Finance Associate based in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. You will work within the Global Export and Agency Finance team, supporting the origination and structuring of financing solutions with Multilateral Agencies and collaborating closely with colleagues in New York and Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business origination and prepare high‑quality marketing and internal materials, both content‑wise and visually.
• Support business development activities, including screening new Multilateral Agency (MLA) products and coordinating with bankers and agencies.
• Drive internal coordination across Legal, Compliance, E&S, Syndication, Middle Office, Project Finance and other stakeholders.
• Prepare analytical internal and external documents, ensuring professional presentation standards.
• Structure and execute transactions together with MLAs, providing advisory and coordination support.
• Contribute to the design of new value‑added financing solutions as the team tackles increasingly complex structures.

Required profile
