Global Sales Support Analyst – Institutional Business

About the role

Join Santander Asset Management’s Global Distribution team as a Global Sales Support Analyst focused on the Institutional Business. Based in Madrid, you will enable and support institutional and wholesale commercial activities across the markets where Santander Asset Management operates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support to sales teams and institutional clients.
• Coordinate pipeline management, standardise RFP processes and maintain up‑to‑date databases.
• Manage the event calendar and ensure sales materials are current and accurate.
• Gather and share market insights in collaboration with internal and external intelligence specialists.
• Facilitate information exchange between the Global Sales Support team and country teams through regular catch‑ups.
• Prepare and publish business‑intelligence reports, presentations and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Investments, Products, Data Management, Compliance and Risk to execute the commercial plan.
