Guest Service Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

As a Guest Service Supervisor at Nômade Temple Ibiza, you will ensure every guest experiences a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, coordinate with other departments, and embody the brand’s spirit of conscious hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily guest service operations and manage guest flow.
• Lead the Guest Service team by example during shifts.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other areas to deliver seamless service.
• Support training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of team members.
• Maintain clean, organized reception and guest areas in line with brand standards.
• Assist with reporting, scheduling, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest service, front office, or similar hospitality roles.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Hands‑on leader with a proactive, positive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
