About the role

Join the vibrant Pacha Family as a Hostess and become the first friendly face that welcomes guests into one of the world’s most iconic entertainment venues. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the legendary Pacha experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and acknowledge their preferences.
• Lead and coordinate front‑of‑house operations, maintaining high service standards.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, manage waitlists, and provide accurate wait‑time estimates.
• Maintain records of guest preferences to enable personalized service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of venues, menus, events, and offerings.
• Process billing and payments efficiently while following internal controls.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
• Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
• Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve product knowledge.
