About the role
As the HR Business Partner for Iberia, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Iberia Leadership Team, shaping people and organization initiatives that drive business performance across Spain and Portugal.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into a people agenda covering workforce planning, talent and succession, performance management and employee engagement.
- Coach and challenge leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, team dynamics and decision‑making.
- Lead organizational change and transformation projects, ensuring cultural alignment and smooth implementation.
- Align local HR actions with regional and global HR policies, governance and best‑practice frameworks.
- Provide data‑driven insights and external benchmarks to anticipate future capability needs.
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise and HR Shared Services to deliver consistent employee experiences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience as a senior HR Business Partner, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex people decisions.
- Strong understanding of Iberian labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
