Recruitment Consultant – Madrid

About the role

Antal International is expanding its presence in Spain and is looking for energetic Recruitment Consultants to join its Madrid and Barcelona offices. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, matching talent with opportunities across high‑demand sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and assess candidates for roles in finance, sales, IT, engineering and logistics.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Specialist or generalist knowledge in at least one of the listed sectors.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Motivated, team‑oriented and comfortable working in a high‑performance setting.
