IT Operations Specialist – Hotel Technology Platform

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support the rollout and ongoing operation of EMMA, the group’s unified hospitality technology platform. You will work closely with hotels, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation and post‑go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve tickets during and after implementation throughout the Hypercare phase.
• Lead calls to assist properties with bug fixing and configuration adjustments.
• Ensure timely delivery according to project calendars and handover to Business As Usual (BAU) teams.
• Liaise with vendors to secure prompt ticket resolution.
• Support the implementation team during go‑live weeks, making necessary configuration changes.
• Travel as needed to support Hypercare, implementations, and task‑force activities.
• Guide hotels after implementation, raising tickets, providing guidance, and communicating with vendors.
• Monitor ticket queues to guarantee prompt resolution and assist the Property Manager as required.

Required profile

• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Dynamic team player with experience in SAP‑TMS/EMMA software.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
