IT Technology Specialist – Identity & Access Management

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technology Specialist – Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join Airbus Defence and Space’s Digital organisation in Getafe, Spain. In this position you will translate complex technical challenges into clear, innovative solutions and help shape future IT strategies across a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and demonstrate the value of emerging technologies to support business case development.
• Contribute to the definition and update of company guidelines and policies for specific technologies and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of the learning and technology framework in line with evolving trends.
• Provide expert advice on technology and methodology topics and monitor technological trends.
• Support the IT Product Manager in maintaining and evolving the Identity Management lifecycle.
• Participate in transnational IT infrastructure projects, collaborating with product managers, service delivery managers, external providers, security teams and other IT groups.
• Work with distributed teams across France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, with occasional business travel.
