AI Transformation Lead

About the role

Valsea Technology is seeking a hands‑on AI Transformation Lead to turn AI concepts into measurable business outcomes. You will work across operations, marketing, product and engineering to identify high‑impact AI opportunities, build prototypes, and deliver production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end AI roadmap, making build, buy and prioritisation decisions based on ROI and feasibility.
• Map existing workflows to uncover bottlenecks and high‑leverage AI use cases.
• Develop, prototype, and deploy AI solutions from concept through monitoring and iteration.
• Drive adoption through workshops, training, documentation and embedded support.
• Measure impact with clear KPIs (time saved, cost reduced, quality improved) and report results to leadership.
• Establish governance, data handling policies, model evaluation standards and security guardrails.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI projects from prototype to production.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ROI and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Experience with large language model (LLM) tooling.
• Hands‑on AI/ML development and deployment.
