Junior Graphic Designer – Working Student (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and eager‑to‑learn junior graphic designer to support our Marketing team on a part‑time, temporary basis. You will work on a variety of design projects, from social media graphics to presentation layouts, gaining real‑world experience in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt graphic assets from existing templates such as presentations, social media posts, banners, web resources, and internal platforms.
• Apply and uphold corporate brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
• Prepare and export files in the appropriate formats for digital, print, social media, and web channels.
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters).
• Retouch and optimise images for various media.
• Organise and maintain the graphic resource library, including source files, images, icons, and templates.
• Layout documents and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word following brand standards.
• Support the preparation of materials for events, trade shows, or specific campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in brainstorming sessions and propose visual ideas.
• Conduct quality‑control checks to ensure materials meet technical and brand specifications before delivery.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Fluent English for daily communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
