Key Account Manager – Toys & Games

About the role

Miravia, an innovative e‑commerce platform backed by Alibaba Group, is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead its Toys & Games category in Spain. You will be responsible for shaping the category’s strategy, driving growth, and building strong partnerships with top brands and sellers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for Spanish consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies and business plans based on market trends, competition, and consumer insights.
• Lead product selection, seasonal promotions, and supply expansion for toys and games.
• Optimize seller performance through store operations, content quality, pricing, and traffic management.
• Collaborate with marketing and traffic teams to increase visibility and sales via campaigns and social commerce.
• Launch innovation projects that address local customer needs quickly and results‑driven.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in category management, retail, or brand management, preferably in toys or games.
• Solid experience with e‑commerce and marketplace operations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, able to communicate with local partners and global teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for market analysis, pricing, and operational efficiency.
