About the role
As the Key Account Manager for UGG in Spain, you will drive the long‑term strategic growth of the brand within selected key accounts. You will build strong relationships with senior business partners and buying directors to execute the brand strategy and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Support the strategic plan and manage achievement of overall sales goals.
- Develop and control partner sales performance in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee seasonal product forecasts for relevant accounts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely execution of strategic marketing priorities.
- Maintain productive relationships with peers, superiors, and external auditors, representing the company positively.
Required profile
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable traveling regionally and internationally as needed.
- Ability to prepare and present information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for the UGG brand.
- Strong national sales/marketing experience, preferably in footwear or fashion lifestyle.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Full, valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
